Yunho was the main dancer, and was known as one of the best dancers in Kpop when TVXQ debuted. He was a rapper, and he and Changmin were both subvocalists. I'm so, so proud of them for reaching this milestone, because when JYJ left I think a lot of people assumed the group would fold. Changmin and Yunho have worked their butts off to get to where they are and deserve ALL of the flowers.

Yunho is the main dancer and main rapper so when he sings people are often surprised because he is often known as a great dancer that people tend to overlooked how good of a singer he is. But in reality DBSK and now as TVXQ are all singers, like really, really good singers individually that they are actually labeled as an acapella-dance group. during their debut.

I still cant get over Yunho covering Junsu's part in Love InThe Ice. This is why I always said DBSK is the most talented group in kpop . All of them could be lead or main vocals.

Yunho released a mini album this year or last year and it was really good.

Im sure some other comments mentioned Yunho solos already, but some of my faves are Drop, Thank U, Eeny Meeny, Vuja De (plus the 13 minute long Nexus mini movie he did for all the songs on the album with Vuja De). I think you'll really enjoy his versatility too ❤❤

TVXQ firstly debuted as an acapella group which was a new concept at that time. They rapidly gained popular from the get-go because of the new concept and the looks of the five members. They faced difficulties when the three members left, if I am not wrong, not long after Mirotic was released. The group went on hiatus and came back as a duo with Keep You Head Down (really great comeback, I recommended!) TVXQ continues as a duo group until today. This year they celebrate the 20th anniversary. What a great legendary group! I have been Yunho bias and really loved Changmin since they were 5 in TVXQ. Yunho is the charismatic leader and dancer in TVXQ and a very adorable and clumsy analog ajushi in person. I really adore him!! I really recommend checking Yunho's solo "Thank You" MV. It is very cool! Thank you for your reaction. I enjoy it very much!

Just a side note: In Purple Line "I wanna touch my self" is a literal translation of the phrase in Korean that should translate to "I wanna get in touch with my self". Also, if you look up the meaning of the lyrics, the latter fits in perfectly. I think this was so back in the day that nobody double-checked the English lyrics, but now it is such an iconic part of the song that holds part of its charm.

I love how you go into reacting to TVXQ without knowing very well their history. Any song that is basically 2008 & before are all originally a 5-person songs, the fact that both Changmin & Yunho can still sing a 5 person song as 2-person is super hard. Fun fact: initially when TVXQ debuted, SM entertainment went with the concept that this 5-person group would be a boy band that is a dancing singing combo group. As prior to TVXQ, boy bands were one or the other not combo singing/dancing. Not only that, the group would always sing Live in all their live performances & could sing all their songs acappella as a 5-person group. The fact they were all vocally trained to that level isn't seen anymore in today's kpop group. And yes, at the time, Yunho in the 5-person group TVXQ was considered the main dancer, rapper & bass low-vocals in their songs. While Changmin, was known as the extreme high-notes King.

Originally U-know is the rapper in the team, he did improve his skill a lot to adjust the lost of the team. I also highly recommend you to check those songs have five persons version, that's why they can be so famous in that time and must see some lives！

They did this so flawlessly because they used to dance while singing live flawlessly. So singing while just standing still is just a walk in the park for them. They r the reason for exo great live performance because they teach exo to train their singing while running so that their live would b stable, like so stable that people thought tvxq ate cd for breakfast lunch n dinner because their live is so good

People who are not super familiar with them know Yunho as the super passionate overwhelming performer but he's actually such a cute person (and yes goofy and a bit of an embarrassing dad vibe). I was so glad they did a Killing Voice, they are both really powerful and engaging performers.

TVXQ are vocal kings, no one does lives like them! Since you enjoy their harmonies, I'd recommend checking out some of their 5 member content. TVXQ was actually marketed as an acapella idol group in the early days. Some of my favourite songs that show off their harmonization are Love in the Ice (Tokyo Dome live), Bolero (Tokyo Dome live), Always There (MV), and Whatever They Say (acapella MV). Also, I know you already reacted to some of Changmin's solos, but Yunho's are great too. His MVs are like short films!

TVXQ was an accapella group (and they're still the only one in Kpop that able to do that) so their vocals are top and they know how to blend/ compliment each other.

Yunho was the main dancer in the og lineup too and a main rapper and a sub vocalist. I'm p sure Changmin was also a sub vocalist and the maknae in the og lineup but now he's the main vocal and yunho the main dancer and rapper tho their newer songs don't really have rap.

TVXQ (as 5) is the ONLY group I know that started as ACAPELLA group. That's why they really know how to blend and harmonize with each other and with other singers as well

DBSK/TVXQ/Tohoshinki originally debuted as an Acapella dance group. They were famous for their amazing choreography and flawless harmonization. Yunho was originally the Leader, main dancer, main rapper, and subvocal. Changmin was originally the Maknae (youngest) and main vocal. If you have the chance to hear the original Love in the Ice (I recommend the Japanese version) with all 5 of them, you'll be so amazed by their harmony. Their vocals just blend perfectly with each other. And to whoever tells you why react to Balloons, why the hell not? I feel like the way they sing is similar to how the ex members sang those songs. 37:22 When many junior groups do covers of Mirotic song and try to imitate Changmin's high notes, Changmin does extraordinary improvisations here. Changmin's high notes remain unbeatable. The best improvisations and high notes from kpop singers I have ever heard are Junsu and Changmin.
