The piece of paper is not the marriage certificate is for the legality. The marriage is the commitment. between the two people involved in the relationship. Your marriage is what works for you as a couple because in your home you know what works best. For instance, if the wife is better at managing the finances then that is who she should do so because this is what works best for your household. I feel that outsiders should have a limited amount of in road into a couple's it cuts down on confusion and disruption.
