Currently 2022, Angelina is 6 feet tall, always barefoot for performing, sews hear own clothes and has the most gorgeous voice in the artistry world of music. She has done most if not all of her own arrangements since the age of 8 years old❗ I see nothing other than greatness in her future 🤗

When the orchestra appreciates you during rehearsals.....

One can "picture" this voice singing with any of the big bands of the 1940s. They would have given anything to have her with them. What a treasure.

This performance really shows how much her voice has developed. She sang Fly Me To The Moon on The View at age 8. That was a memorable performance, that was raw talent, this is fully realized talent. Another Angelina performance that defies words.

Angelina now owns this song, after Frank. No ones comes close to Angelina performing this.

Quincy said she was the #1 talent he's seen since Michael Jackson.

She's singing in the Big League right here, these are top tier professional musicians and sound engineers etc.. not just anyone gets to step up to that microphone, and at 12 and she's killing it. Quincy Jones had nothing but the highest praise for her.

AJ was invited by QJ to open his 85th bday concert by singing FMTTM. this is obviously the rehearsal .she sang for him a cappella in a private setting. he just shook his head and said " so much soul " told her the whole world " will know your name " then he starts introducing her as his daughter to his fans at interviews...angelina said she was stoked...the dress she wore when she performed had a long sash and he penned a personal message to angelina on it...

Rich. Velvety. Smoooooth. Perfection. From Tom Jones, to Ella Fitzgerald, to Queen, to Chris Isaak, to Adele, to Amy Winehouse, to TRXD, to her own original... Angelina cannot be pegged into one genre because she owns them all. Truly an astounding, once in a lifetime artist.

She somehow absolutely captures the magic of that era and is bringing it into the modern world. She has shown the world that substance and connection in musical performance are missed more than ever. It's so great to see this catching on with other young and wonderful artists. Maunalee, you rock and I always look forward to your next release and your thoughts... Thank you!

That is the richest and smoothest version of this song I've heard yet. She NEVER does a song exactly the same way twice. A Brilliantly "in the moment", original, experiential, interpretation every time, and she does it without forethought, she just turns it on the moment she starts singing. That one thing alone, is AMAZING

I'm happy you did this one, Maunalee! This was a very big moment for Angelina getting to sing for Quincy at his 85th birthday celebration in London's O2 arena. She shared the stage with some very big names that night. She said in an interview later that this was the highlight of her life so far. I don't know if the AGT golden buzzer surpassed that or not, but I have a feeling this night singing for Quincy Jones still holds more importance to her as a music lover. What always amazes me about this one is how she can stand up there at 12 years old in a room full of seasoned musicians, and just own the room. She is truly one of a kind.

In the actual concert Angelina opened the show, and at the end when it came to taking the bows, Angelina was to the right of Quincy, and the conductor was on the left. When Quincy bowed he saw that Angelina was barefoot, he was surprised, he was worried about her. For Angelina that was a very special day! I hope we get her to perform in London again soon!

This was an absolute masterpiece, awesome orchestra arrangement and Angelina's voice is out of this world!! The balance between them was perfection!!

She is just professional, her voice beautiful and pure jazz! Age doesn't count anymore, everscince she became eleven I think! The smart connection between music, emotion and lyrics is complete! People expect her to get better! I would not know how! Maybe less humble and more contact with the audience in between songs, if she performs live! Her voice is so unbelievable. It brings you back to the 40s. It just makes you feel comfortable and cosy, surrounded by this beautiful voice singing this wonderful piece of Jazz. All trouble seems to be far far away. Just great.

Thanks, I hadn't seen this one. My first thought is that was really tight for a rehearsal. They don't need another, they're ready to go on stage. The band was very good. Punchy but not over-assertive. It's great fun to see her do this one again to see with a specific example how her music has evolved as she matures. Her young performance was remarkable but unsurprisingly this was far more sophisticated. And very happily as she transitions into a full adult voice I am enjoying everything about it even more.

Amazingly wonderful!! I love jazz and she does it so well....I read her grandmother influenced her as a toddler because she played all the great jazz records. Well it worked with her God given talent....thanks for sharing this one!

I was in tears after the first verse. She is just so damn GOOD! I hadn't got around to this version before, but now I know about it, I can listen again. I still prefer the sparse instrumentation on the Linked-In version, even though it is too short kzfaq.info/get/bejne/mJpifL13nLGsgps.html. In that one, the addition of the trumpets half way through always struck me as genius. Now I know where the idea came from.

All her songs seem to get better the more you listen to them. Some that I didn't care for as much, I've heard over 5 times, I find myself liking them now, weird how that works. Great reaction and God Bless!
