Hello Psyche. This is THE song that made her famous in France: she was already famous in Québec, but this is the song we (French people) discovered her 25 years ago. In that times, I only heard some samples of the video to fall in love with her voice: it came from nowhere, and we (French) were not used to have such a vocalist who conveyed emotions as well (everyone talked about Celine Dion, but she never made me feel the same emotions as Lara did and still does). Thank you for this reaction: few are reacting on this song while it is a pure gem.

Every once in a while I watch her official videos, just because they are all very well done and full of artistic nuance...but when she sings live...it's emotionally devastating. The live versions of Tout are all very masterful as well.

Hello Psyché, it's always a joy to meet you with Lara. A beautiful 80's style song that was one of Lara's hits. At some point she decided not to sing it anymore because this song no longer corresponded to her state of mind. I understand that it is difficult to find the words to qualify Lara after all your reactions on her. Either way, you both make me happy.

This song is from her album # Pure # , recorded in 1996. A year after (1997), she arrived in France and she had a her first great success over there and then a lot of hits afterwards…

Good morning to you Psyche! Great choice to react. This was THE song that made me fall in love with Lara 25 years ago. It was one day that i accidentally heard this in radio (a canadian radio station if i remember right) and i was whoaa what's this, who is this singer. But it was gone and i didn't catch her name then. And later when her music got more radio play i recognised that voice and i finally found out her name. And i was sold. And now i own all her albums and official concert dvd's. So this is quite meaningful track for me. It was the spark. Yep, she looked a little different at that time. Perhaps the time and her age has something to do with it... And you're right, she is an artist that paints something in her music. She is not just singing and that's it. Her voice and her body and soul makes these songs become like some invisible art that floats around you. That's what i feel in most of her songs when i listen to her. Especially when there is no distracting things around. But hey, nice reaction and very good track from Lara. Thanks and have a nice week(end)!

Nice video, Lara’s incredible voice although the song (arrangements) is a bit old fashioned in my opinion. You should react to the songs from her musical movie « Mademoiselle Zhivago ». Some videos and songs are amazing!
