Ну Димаш это понятно, а Данелия ни в какую рамку не вписывается. Таких как она вагон и маленькая тележка. Маленькая, а голос взрослой, догонит по возрасту свой голос и на этом все.

How can dimash max his performance with such limited time?.. see when dimash sing at full time all by myself version..

And just based on this performance with so compressed a time, you have decided that Dimash lacked emotional delivery? And can never deliver so because he is all just about octaves whatever? And same can be said about all his previous performances? Is that really the case?

its the shows bloody format..wht cn u deliver in 2 mins other thn ur vocal strength..wht emotions cn u deliver..

Waving the mic is to show the crowd he's not lip syncing, he has done that on other performances before coming to the US. Lacking emotions? Ah nope he doesn't have enough time to build it up since the song is shorten to such an extend for this kind of program. A shame indeed. Every fans (called Dears) would reply the same thing: YES Dimash could deliver the best emotions and the results would be the same: suprised or pleased expressions, eyes wide open and/or filled with tears, smiles, jaws dropping, getting goosebumps all over your body... Dimash builds up a song, starts slowly then like a rollercoaster will blow our mind with his incredible vocal range, playing with his different tones. A second it's like a whisper, the next a powerful operatic voice, then returning suddently to a more poppish style, and lastly to a soft and tender voice again, ect... what you see on World's Best is just a scratch on the surface of what Dimash is capable of. I still do understand he may not be everyone's cup of tea, and some may only think he is good on high notes (a smaller portion of people even say that it's only screams and not singing, alas). I forgot to mention his humble and generous personnality to top it off haha. Better if you are curious is to watch Dimash's performances for exemple on the chinese show The Singer 2017. You may see why saying that he lacks emotions or got to work on it is wrong (but I insist it's this program's fault to show a two minutes performance instead of a full one results to misunderstandings).
