Lara has made a lot of duets, some of these are purely magicals and this one is one of these. Lara always respects her counterpart, giving him/her room for her own interpretation, often by restraining herself and taking care to not put the other in the shadows. This is especially true here, as this song is the most famous hit from Laura, her anthem song. Lara is taking care to let Laura shine. This is the opposite of many other singers who are always in competition mode within their duets. And that’s why Lara has always been highly requested as a duet partner.

Hi Didy, when two monsters of the pop song meet, it's a real fireworks !! Laura and Lara are superb and their duo is magical with a song that is magical. Lara and Laura almost collaborated together on a cover album of Laura's songs following this meeting. Lara wanted to rework the musical compositions to better match her musicality. But Laura did not join the project because she did not want her repertoire to be too far from what she had achieved. Since Laura reminded Lara that she would have liked to finalize a project together. Seal also wants to work with Lara. I wish Lara would. I don't know if you know, Lara resumed her tour stopped 2 years ago because of the Covid. She has already done 3 or 4 singing tours in Montreal before leaving for Europe. You can watch this on YT on the channel of "Lara the ring Fabian", an absolute fan of Lara and who does not hesitate to share all that she can about Lara. Laura Pausini has one albun in english "from the inside". For my opinion, the album was incredible and so marvelous but the her mageners and Warner music wanted to change her romantic style for dance style. She didn't want and she go out this proyect and she made other one better "Escucha/ Resta in Ascolto" and she won a Grammy.

Hello,j'ai quelques chansons de aura fabian que tu ka pas écouter. Album mademoiselle zhivago . Chanson mademoiselle hyde live Moscou 2010 chanson hallucinante, aussi llora live 2010 Moscou chanson écrite par lara fabian très dure et très forte sur la maltraitence des femmes par leurs mari et regarde aussi le clip de cette chanson extrement bien realiser mes très dur à la fois . Écoute aussi et surtout ascolta la voce ,chanson ou lara ne dis pas un mot ,toute l'émotion et faite juste par le son de ça bouche et de son corps magistral pareil concert 2010 Moscou

I agree. You can feel that, if Lara would have sung it like she would have solo, there wouldn't have been much left of Laura in this performance. Pausini has her strengths for sure, but in this performance, compared to Lara... It's a little bit like she is straining and shouting (with a bit of exaggeration of course.), that would have even more come to the surface with a Lara without restraint.
