Wow; MySpace! I remember getting a message from Adam; asking me to check out his music, back that. Of course; my MySpace page was all about music. Those I liked; new stuff I found on MySpace, and songs I thought others should know about. I would blog 4 or 5 bands at least once a week; giving my take on the music, whether I liked it or not, and giving links to each band, even if I didn't. Owl City was one of my feature artist; for sure. Miss those days. I never found another social media site; that allowed me the change to feature songs on my page, while getting invites from upcoming bands and artists I could listen too, and discover. All of these newer social media sites; still can't hold a candle to what MySpace did for me. Or for Adam; it made his a super star.
