This one has broken everyone who has watched this. Then vioLayne showed up and it broke us all over again. I cried with the original, and I cried with the cover. Amazing. Loved the reaction.

I've been around the block playing and listening to music of all types since the late 1970's... I have never had a jaw-drop moment the way I did with this. Seen many seasoned reactors (a few I talk to off from KZfaq), who were in absolute shock by it, for sure. This song is a very simple chord progression, but one with intricate harmonies I was wondering how they would tackle them... and they managed to find a way to do it to perfection.

Acapellica! 🤘🤘 Eli the rock god. VioLayne slaying it! Geoff's arrangement is out of this world, and his agility on bass is breathtaking. J.None's deep, smooth velvet. And Cesar's gorgeous voice.... Just pure perfection.

They did it again. Took a great song and put their touch on it making it their own but staying true to the original. I was surprised to learn that Layne played the violin. Amazing reaction.

Lovely reaction this is worthy of lots of emotion. One of the best arrangements Geoff has done for Voiceplay. I was waiting for the violin hoping it hadn't been spoiled for you I remember your enjoyment in Warriors to Layne & J on the violin. Everyone just shines. I said on Patreon one of the many things I love about VP is you never know where they'll go next!

I was just getting ready for bed when I saw that you reacted to this. So I'm watching this instead of sleeping. You could tell how happy they were to all be together again. Geoff outdid himself with this arrangement and VioLayne broke a lot of the reactors. ✌️❤️🥕🎻

Thank you for your tears during this song. There are minimal amounts of time that I can truly express all my feelings and pain and seeing someone vulnerable and brought to tears from this song as I was it's very validating and heartfelt. Keep up the good work, we're watching and truly grateful.

How could anyone not love this cover would baffle me! It is out of this world and phenomenal! I was surprised the first time when Layne broke out the violins. Geoff graced us with the bellowing bass. I loved everything about it. They totally upped the bar for any other cover and I don’t think it could be topped either. Loved your reaction, Ashley! Glad you had the tissue nearby. It’s getting late while I’m typing this, but I will check out your art. I would love something for my craft room!

I've been waiting to see your reaction to this one. It's breaking reactors all over the place. :) The fantastic way it build to a climax then gently brings you down again. Brilliant. Your dad sounds pretty awesome and also sounds like you have a great relationship with him. It was about a year after Metallica released this song that my son was born. I sang this to him everyday when he was an infant. He’s never been a fan of Metallica growing up, but he’s alway loved this song since.

Ahhh Ashley I had been waiting for you to get around to reacting to this ever since I first saw that the boys from Voiceplay had done a cover of it. I knew after watching and listening to it that you would end up a bawling, blubbering mess. I would challenge even the hardest of us guys not to have got a little misty eyed over that absolutely perfect version of one of my favourite songs.
