So.. i wonder if people realize how they sound when they jump on the bandwagon of "its selfish, it leaves pain" another layer of guilt doesnt suppress the layers of guilt that are already there. Feeling ashamed that you even think this way perpetuates the stigma and the sense of hopelessness.

Whenever someone ends their life trying to escape pain, it doesn't work like that. It only transfers the pain to everyone around you, thankfully I was able to see that just before I went through with my attempt

My life died when I lost my fiancé not through unaliving herself but in a car accident. Now I’m just going through the motions being kept alive by anger and spite cause I’m not going to allow the world to win. Im glad me and Beasty requested this on a new music Friday now if I can only make it through without crying.

There is not a single song Citizen Soldier has put out that I have not fallen in love with. Every single one of them are amazing. And Jake Segura(lead singer and songwriter)'s story is insane. The monsters in my head keep screaming at me telling me I'm worthless, I'm a burden so just do everyone a favour and end it. When every breath is a struggle and every heartbeat hurts. And I constantly stare at myself in the mirror and tell myself to just hold on just a little bit longer and at the same time I'm begging God to just stop my heart from beating. Just to make the pain go away and the voices to stop.

I keep playing this song because of how i feel. Sure i have prople care but i dont care myself. I want to be safe and im not safe anywhere but hospitals. No one will send me there becuase it can make me feel worse.

But I will say this from experience once you get past suicidal and you should be fine but there is a scary sense of comfort when my blanket almost killed me in December but I rescued myself but that comfort in the danger and it was a suicide attempt I just rolled and the blanket didn't I couldn't breathe and yet the comfort of the situation is what scares me

My fiance ended my life the day she ended hers.... I've been severely depressed my entire life, but that was a hit I may never recover from. But I will never end it early. God will tell me when its my time.
