@@notforone they left him because while he was there they couldn't step out of his shadow. it always about the rep with these supes. Jensen's character seems like he actually cares though hes just putting up a strong masculine front from what ive seen.

@@matthewchristian9591 soldier boy is very “coward”-ish in the comics so I wouldn’t be surprised if he’s a little of the same here. opposite of Captain America’s personality but puts up an “act” like like he’s “courageous”. Either cowardly good guy surrounded by the wrong ppl or Homelander 2.0 and the ppl around him were trying to ESCAPE from him.

BRUH he was raised in what, the 20’s? He lived in a time when segregation was normal and gay mean happy, and most people had not seen a gay man in their life. He could’ve been MLK and he would’ve had the same reaction looking at two men holding hands and kissing in public.

@@l0sts0ul89 ye like soldier boy has ego and superiority complex like homelander but he doesn't display sadistic tendencies or unnecessary collateral damage like most supes he is just careless so there is still collateral but all supes even the good one's have loads of collateral damage so isn't shocking soldier boy has quite abit

Annie needs to understand that this is probably the only thing they can do. Her plan with Maeve is up in flames and it didn’t even last a few days. Other than Ryan eventually there’s no other hope against homelander so far. They need the next strongest thing and the temp V to even stand a little bit of a chance. Maybe. The airplane video isn’t going to work anymore, nobody else is near his strength, and he’s losing his mind more and more. To be fair soldier hasn’t done anything too bad either other than the freak out he had with the Russian restaurant. I think that’s more of a ptsd reaction more than anything else. He didn’t actually go out and hurt anyone with intent. His asshole team did. They’re monsters. They were anyway.

@@Kita-zj9zi soldier boy is a supe with ego and has alot of collateral but he doesn't have the same sadism or hatred of normal humans as homelander does and he also doesn't from what is observed have a issue with race or anything since he if he was racist noir wouldn't have been on his team it seems to me soldier boy is just a supe who is careless about who he kills which is alot better then home lander's intentional murders with sadistic twists

You can tell the showrunners clearly overreacted the Orgy side of this episode so we couldn't even imagine that FINALLY a Supes fight would happen, and oh boy they caught us off guard!! A near-perfect show that makes me forgetting Marvel and DC everytime they release a new episode..Outstanding!!

I mean at the moment there's no guarantee that Soldier Boy will be able to defear Homelander. SB is just very strong.

I think it will be more like Black Noir vs Soldier Boy, since Black Noir was part of Soldier Boy's team back then who betrayed him and sold him off to the Russians. And after the fight with Soldier Boy winning, Homelander would show up to clean up. Basically, Homelander set up Black Noir as Bait for Soldier Boy, since he wants revenge then come to clean up, since it was shown that Homelander is quite scared/afraid to confront Soldier Boy.
