The lyrics have a lot of meaning for the players as well, especially the ones that followed Arthas's journey through all of the games.

"A lot" is a slight exaggeration. It's a part of his story, but not THAT integral to it all.

His story is the whole reason I started playing WOW. Every enemy i fought. Every new zone i entered. I was always looking for clues or hints in quests that connected to the Scourge and ultimately Arthas. I Seeked his trail. It was everything to me in the game.

I've watched that cinematic more times than I can count and I still get goosebumps (also, I just love when you first see...is it Sindragosa? The dragon's claw climbing out of the ice behind him

When this was coming out I was in highschool. I listened and watched this trailer over and over. So much I put it on a flash drive and took it to school, hanging it around my neck on a lanyard.

The song here is actually called “Arthas my Son” this isn’t invincible, they are very very similar but invincible is longer than arthas my son and the intense choir singing when the dragon gets resurrected is only in Arthas in son, Invincible has the same lyrics but doesn’t go as intense. TL DR: there is a long and a short version of this song, Invincible is the long and original one, Arthas My Son is a shorter edit of invincible that has a more intense second half

I guess it's kinda both? Most people know the song by both of those names 😊 There's a few songs out there like that with the double title thing, like "Priscilla's Song" from the Witcher also known as "The Wolven Storm".
