Upcoming “Movies” or “Video Games” is something to look forward to. Aka something that’ll keep you living longer. I’ve morphed into an entertainment-less type of person. I used to love movies and games but now can hardly tolerate either of them for a long duration of time, but I remember that feeling when a new game is getting ready to come out; it almost sparks more life into you. Because it gives you a reason to have something to look forward to when blessed to see more days. Unlike waking up everyday wondering when Jesus is going to return, rather than living the life he has blessed me/you/us with. Yanno… I be really wanting to hit the end button on life so often as well, way less than I did when I was a kid; but after typing all that I’ve typed it shows even me that there is just so much more to live for. Today I'm having an off day. I'm a recovering addict and always will be. It's been 4 years since my ex got me/we got me arrested. I later figured out she's gay and cheated regularly for seven years. It's not greener over hear for me. Your sex life is in future. I'm pretty crushed gradually realizing mine is in my past. I'm a Christian now so it's better now but. I live with the pain every day. It's just dark out there. Who cares about your past it's your future that counts.

Yeah, people's fixation on whether you have a gf or not is tragic, I didn't have my first relationship until late 25 after years of terrible anxiety/self-esteem and now with someone brilliant. Literally changed within a week. Once you find that person you also realise the whole obsession with having a relationship and the self-hatred was a complete waste of energy. As long as you make positive decisions regarding your mental health, presentation, and life goals, life can quickly compound into a positive situation. The one thing is being content with yourself, I had to build a percentage of that before being ready for a relationship. People using whether you have a gf as a marker of your progress are missing the whole point because it can legit change overnight. The mental health progress is the harder part. I appreciate these videos. I follow many of the same youtubers you mention. They don't totally explain my issues because they don't factor in issues I have like being visially impaired and mildly autistic. I've had a lot of health issues that mess up my ability to be social. There are way too many "self improvement bro" type youtubers who when you explain you have a legitimate issue that prevents you from going out on your own they just say oh you gonna let that get you down? or if you don't learn to handle this and get over it it will ruin your life. There was one guy I really resonated with back in the day. I bought a dating program called cocky comedy by david deangelo and one of the speakers was this dwarf guy with a bone disorder named Sean Stevenson who managed to overcome his inferiority complex and found ways to make girls attracted to him. The biggest thing I learned from him is that pity is a drug. You get it from people then you feel decent then you feel shame then you go seeking out more pity. I realized I was doing that for the longest time.

I had a girlfriend break up with me for the 1st time and my ego took a hit. I got into lifting weights , got super strong and started feeling myself and then i had women left and right. The women part is cool but when i kept hitting new milestones, man winning is addictive and it changes you for the good. When you get what you want , and dont take no for a answer , its life changing. I know i can dig deep when i have to and ill be ok. Your mindset is key and you nailed it man. Good stuff
