I once had a girl when I used to go to happy hour in my late twenties who would tell people that I would follow her around the bar. And I would have people confront me about it. Got to the point where I got to know the bartenders and when I would see her I would tell the bartenders about her. I'd say you watch me and I'm not going to go anywhere near her and she's going to tell people I follow her. And one time she had a group of guys confront me and the bartender who is a nice female said she knew what was up she had been watching me the whole time and her and I no way was following her. And she confronted this girl and told she had to leave. Some people are just crazy and looking for trouble.

S3Gs is overrated. I’m turning 25 in a few days and been with a couple women, a lot of hooks ups and one night stands. Currently in a relationship but miss that thrill of chasing a woman which could stem from a lot of those causal hook ups. I got out of that life because I was bored but now am bored in a relationship. Learning that life sucks and we’re all miserable 😂 just be glad we got another day of living.

Personally I don't think meditation is for everyone, but taking action to improve your life is such a good and essential advice to give to anybody who thinks they're a failure, nothing will happen if you don't seek help, if you don't try to improve a little bit every day. I do not endorse quitting anti-depressants but everything else said here has been true in my life too, 28 about to turn 29 here, finally made it to second year of college, loving my job, doing better than a few years ago thanks to therapy and meds.

I tried antidepressants for 6 months and my hair was alot thinner suddenly after 5-6 months i noticed in uper left n upper right suddenly i could see my scalp through the hair in a very wierd unusual way, I also had joints pain like i have athrities,my joints were inflammed. I stop immediately the antidepressants after this symptoms were in a very early stages all came back to normal!

I learned a long time ago that you can either be your best friend or your worst enemy. Don’t let the things around you pull you down. Keep that joy inside of you and learn to exist in your own bubble. Remember when you are alone no one can hurt you. If you are an introvert, embrace it. Don’t let society or social media dictate to you how you should live your life or what happiness and fulfillment is. Live by your own standards and no one else’s. Then and only then will you start to experience the happiness that comes with true freedom. Stay positive and take it day to day my friend and I remember even when you feel alone, your not alone because their are A TON of people just like you.

This video was life changing, I now have the urge to learn to play guitar and play more videogames. I stopped playing videogames because I focused too much time on my college classes.
