For 2024 I have more goals set aside than I did the previous year. I'm hoping to finish some series and manga, alongside prioritizing my TBR's and taking part in readathons while doing my own.

Im so jealous of the number of series you're reading - updated my tracker and apparently I'm in the middle of 40 🙈 Did catch up with Guild Hunter this year though!

I've seen so many people in the middle of 30+ and now I feel a little better, at the same time I DNF series way too much so I'm just picky that's all🤣. Good luck finishing series next year!!! And Guild Hunter series is a commitment so that's awesome you caught up! That's something to be proud of

This year is my highest reading year in books with 85 books. Being a student suuucks. But I'm happy that I got so much further than in the years before. Last year I had 61 books I think

Ohhhh 85 is a LOT. I think I'm nearing that amount myself and I'm not even in school so that's definitely something to be proud of. Hopefully in 2024 you can get some more good reading in if you can 🤞🤞

Congrats on the 500 subs! I need to finish my ongoing series as well. I tend to read the first books and read something else even if I liked everything I read. Also, keep up the writing!! Even if you don't share it saying you wrote a book is a big accomplishment!

I used to binge them when I was younger, now I have to spread them out or else I burn out (I hate it!). Binging them back to back is the way to go. I have to learn from you and try to read them closer together 😂😅

I'm a mood reader but I can't afford it either😂 My library is meh funded but I have a couple of friends that have the funds to be mood readers and I borrow books from them sometimes 😂

I feel like it would be so much trickier being a mood reader on a smaller budget, especially with a library that's not well stocked. It just makes reading more of a challenge at that point 😅

I really like those goals, especially reading books you enjoy rather than hyped books. I didn't get a lot of 5 stars this year probably because I didn't really pick up books for myself, so I might try to do that too. I hope you succeed in your goals next year and find some amazing books!

I would absolutely watch 80 minutes. Me watching movies: Brain shuts off after 5 minutes. Me watching a random booktube video that is almost 2 hours: Hehe hell yeah

HAHA That's so accurate. I don't like movies but somehow can watch a full on documentary on youtube no problem 💀 I might try if I can, unless my memory fills up then I'll just upload 2 at the same time to spare myself the turmoil of technology lol

500+ subs woohooooo (which totally means something else in the sims and I am absolutely ignoring that right now) and believe in yourself more, for goodness sake, you’re such a fun creator so knock it off, we like you because you’re funny and authentic and totally original. Also stop selling yourself short, you made a freaking READATHON. But hold on, wait, oh crap, you’re telling me I have to set GOALS now?!?! Surviving the holidays, BAM. No? Doesn’t count. Fantastic. Also don’t tell me 2018 was six years ago because no it wasn’t. More nonfiction for me too in 2024…election year down here and if we don’t combust…well, miracles happen, right? Me me me, I’m interested!!!! I used to write…and then realized people would read it if got published so…stopped those query letters real fast. Watching you do it sounds MUCH better. Can new people join the readathon if they catch up? Because I’m posting a (SO LATE because the entire house got sick with freaking pink eye) video about my dragon/ the books for your readathon in my wrap-up and I want to let people know if they can still join. Alright alright finnne, I'm going to TRY to do better to believe in myself and all that jazz because you're right 💙💙 Also goals are optional, sometimes the only goal for the year is survive honestly, that's probably the important one. Hey writing can still be a hobby right?? It's the main reason why I write. If anyone reads it hey, that's cool but otherwise it's fun, but also yes I'd love to make writing vlogs, it just might take a while because you know, procrastination And totally! The readathon has no time constraints, people are still doing theirs now over the course of the next few months. It's not time based though they have to do the Chapters in order. Otherwise everything is free reign I've started to overanalyze life and my age after I hit 25 so I'm pretty sure it's uphill from here...right? I'm just going to tell myself that and hope for the best. Thank you!
