Hey :), I’m a Freshman in high school currently with not the greatest grades, only in one honors class, but Cornell has been my dream since 5th grade. I know it probably will never be a reality but hey, if you don’t think wishfully you’ll go nowhere. Anyways your videos have given me a lot confidence in my abilities and I absolutely adore your personality. Also love your hair! I hope you have a good day!

hi :) Cornell can definitely be a reality, you are a freshman with your ENTIRE high school experience ahead of you! You don't have to have the best grades but I would encourage you get involved in extracurriculars as well! usually people start writing their essay their junior year / latest before senior year. i think you could just always have it in the back of your head and just think about what you want to write about. i know you'll do great!

you most definitely can! if you're doing that I think it'd be easier to do it in the college of arts & sciences as opposed to the college of engineering

to be completely honest, I dont remember. A lot of people say to write your essay and then choose whichever prompt you think fits best but after looking at the common app prompts I think it was one of these two: - Discuss an accomplishment, event, or realization that sparked a period of personal growth and a new understanding of yourself or others. - Reflect on a time when you questioned or challenged a belief or idea. What prompted your thinking? What was the outcome? most likely the first one I have here but I really can't recall. best of luck ❤️
