1:03 Plants vs Zombies Garden Warfare 2 is probably one of my favorite shooters of all time. There’s a ton of content too! Like an entire hub world! A Campaign for both plants and zombies that’s short but sweet. 14 Classes, 7 for both plants and zombies each, and all classes have their own character variants that have elemental effects or things like increased health for less speed. They even added an 8th class for each that you have to go through the “Trials of Gnomus” to get, it’s a long story. There are about 10 generalist maps for game modes like team vanquish (vanquish is a substitute for kill to keep the E10 rating.) Suburbination, (Capture and hold 3 places.) and the PvE centerpiece, Garden/Graveyard ops (Build defenses for your Garden/Graveyard against 10 waves of enemies, with boss waves on wave 5 and 10.) Then, there are the 6 Garden and Graveyards/Herbal Assault maps. (Garden and Graveyards is where Zombies attack and Plants defend, Herbal Assault is a new game mode for the series, where Plants attack and Zombies defend, when it was announced you better believe it was hype as all heck.) Now that doesn’t seem like much compared to TF2, but each maps has around 6 objectives each, and each map has a unique final objective. And they can even considered to be 12 maps because of how different the Plants and the Zombies are. The only real outlier is Wall-nut Hills, which has 7 objectives but as it originally appeared in Garden Warfare 1, the Devs decided you had to play as the original 8 classes for some reason. The only reason the hate the game is because of it’s loot box system, being in the form of sticker packs, but again, there are mods to get around it. Finally, it goes on sale for $6!! That’s a complete steal!
