Maverick’s work is amazing and i can’t believe he’s writing in cursive already!!! I’m in Ohio and our schools aren’t even teaching cursive anymore. It’s sad they are letting our kids down.

What impressed me the most about Maverick’s drawing was the scale. He has great skills, drawing so many tiny details in such a small piece of paper. Love it! Doug and Eevee, I see you saying in the comments you are not artists but I think what you do with every reno it’s an art form. Maybe not in the traditional sense of art appreciation but still. It’s creative, it’s hard work and very detail oriented. In the end you have something beautiful, unique and that reflects you. So, you are artists too!

If you ever feel like you aren't getting enough done, go back and look at some of the old footage. You have really come along way 😊

Awesome Maverick, I love the drawing. He is so smart like his mom and dad. Your daughter too. Most contractors just hurry to get things built, they don't stop and think if something could be better. It bugs me that the bathroom is always so crowded and the commode is right beside the tub. For older or handicapped people that is a problem if they have to use a transfer chair to get into the tub. So I love the way you over think things. You do awesome work.

The wires that'll be plumb under the house, looking to run that through a conduit or other method to protect the wires from potential critters? With you on going under the floor for a lot of that, I hate how not much wood you have w/ those old 2×3 walls. Heck, when I ordered my mfgd home in 2010, I bought the upgrade for 2×6 outer walls and R-19 insulation. Thought was case we have a hurricane, better chance the house still being here, but thankfully we've only had a couple of Cat 1s since I've had this place. Forgot about the fringe skirting until he was under the house drilling hehe. Wow, you guys are teaching Maverick cursive already? He's a pretty smart feller, and cool little drawing of his too! Doug: "Actually...." Eevee: "Stop calling me Ashley!!" "Shirley", you guys will get that ancient reference. >>;=)

We just ordered all of our gang boxes, switches, and outlets for our mobile home reno. I'm going to have to order the Smart Shields now. What a great idea. Thanks for demonstrating how easy they are to install.

smart running wires under house. Mavericks really good at drawing for his age. really hard stay clean and neat in a rebuild when you need multiple things in the house handy. beats running home 10 times. lol
