Doing background checks is always critical even in selling homes because in my area where I live, certain neighborhoods like paradise valley and green valley and even in my plain neighborhood won’t allow parolees or sex offenders in. So this video is timely. I even wish all employees could do background checks on every potential employee before hiring them. It could’ve saved me in 2021 where I had to do two peoples jobs. Glad 😀 that year is over with
