I have been waiting for the FRED’s Median Sales Price of Houses Sold for the United States to update. So far it’s correlation to the emotional stages of an investment cycle chart are spot on. Might be a good idea for a video. Especially if you compare PM’s on the rise and housing falling.

Good point. The billions goes right back to defense contractors here in the US because of NATO stipulations. Eventually those dollars will go home to roost though and when they do… wow.
