The quality of this video is unreal. You having sub 1K subscriber is borderline criminal. Keep on making these videos please.

I'm a heavy user of lalamu studios and its part of my work flow for all my work, I have a.i music videos and short films and all lip sync is done with lalamu studios

Cool! Any great tips for squeezing the most juice out of it? Should I be using the mobile version rather than the desktop, or have I missed something with the desktop version? Does it work better with Chrome or Safari?

for me personally, I use chrome, and Windows 11 system. it works very well for me, the only issue with lalamu studios is that after the lip synch there will be some degree of quality de-gradation, meaning if you were to put a short segment of a video into it, you need to make sure its as high resolution as possible to mitigate the quality loss, a safe amount would be 2k, and after its finished rendering your left with 720p, then you upscale it using whatever upscaler you use@@HaydnRushworth-Filmmaker

Very good video. I'm in exactly the same process as you. Glad to hear it. Regarding methods to transfer facial expressions from a video to a character, I have tried "Thin-Plate Spline Motion Model". When you see it you will understand its limitations. But I think that in some cases it can help.

Right! Once Sora and Emo AI will be available which is most likely this year, hollywood is gonna have troubles. In a few years, anyone should be able to create anything. Which is both exciting and scary.@@HaydnRushworth-Filmmaker

lalamu is a no go they never resolved the quality loss issue and sold a incomplete api to canva and now you need 2 paywalls to get rid of watermarks and burn 1 credit per second to render

Indeed lots has changed like taking "10 years to write a screenplay" Yikes! I get it though, some these advancements cut deep, they hurt.. As a musician it crushes me to know a song can now be created with one mouse click in 5 seconds, that used to sometimes takes weeks to months to perfect in my studio

Absolutely! But here’s the good news, AI is likely to be really good at replicating musical styles that have already been created, but it will struggle to create truly original music that really connects with the human heart. The two, granite-like foundation stones of outstanding entertainment are: 1: Surprise (or variety, or originality) 2: Emotion (feelings) Superstar musicians don’t create music, more than anything else they create feelings, and it’s the feelings that the listener feels that are the reason they come back again and again. If you can elevate yourself above being a music-maker, and focus on being a “feeling-maker”, you’ll always have an edge over AI because AI is artificial Intelligence and entirely devoid of emotion. It’s good at thinking but no good at feeling. It’s all head and no heart. This is the enormous advantages that humans still have… emotions. On another note, if you want a real world example of this, check out some of the backstory interviews with RAYE. She worked like a songwriting machine for several years, churning out hundreds of songs for other people that ticked all the right boxes and worked solidly within a tried and tested musical “formula”. The thing is, she grew to loath that kind of painfully predictable music. It bored her to tears. No surprise. No variety. No originality. By the time she broke free as a truly independent artist, she was a self-confessed musical rebel. Desperate to break all the musical rules that she’d been shackled to. The result… stunningly original songwriting that no AI could have replicated.

@@HaydnRushworth-Filmmaker appreciate the response. I do agree on most of your points but being surrounded by creative folks like fashion designers, actors and other musicians here in NYC. We have all been seriously surprised by how AI is also noe able to replicate what we used to call unreplicable which was " feeling". One look at midjourney images and you tell me that there isn't lots of feeling and creativity there in of its shots. The same thing for Suno AI version 3, the songs that are coming out of that AI are nearly indistinguishable to many top hits in the charts today.albiet there short right now. However, I am wise enough not to let that deter me from creative endeavors. As I set out to master every single aspect of AI about one year ago and use it to my advantage in one way or another ! Leverage is the name of the game!

1:22 if i gotta film the entire movement best i just film it. i understand AI not there yet or not publicly, but best i wait.
@HaydnRushworth-Filmmaker
@HaydnRushworth-Filmmaker Ай бұрын
I agree that filming the movement and overlaying an AI "skin" (essentally) is the most likely route forwards for usable results, but I'm nervous that if I wait until the tech has developed, I'll get left behind by those who are developing the skills right now.

Why does the audio have to be split from the video and uploaded separately if they are already synced together in the time line at the correct timing?
