Welcome back for another Real First Impressions. This time our Real First Impressions Video takes a quick look at the 2013 Cadillac ATS All-Wheel Drive 2.0T Perform Collection. That is quite a name, but it also has a lot packed into what Cadillac is calling their "Compact Luxury Sedan". The 2013 Cadillac ATS AWD (or ATS-4) comes standard with the 2.0T 272-hp four-cylinder engine and is set to compete with the likes of the BMW 3-Series, Mercedes C-Class and Infiniti G-Sedans. The question is does it compete and how well? We will answer that from a first impressions perspective as well as taking a look at all sides of the vehicle and giving a short driving impression.
Oh and don't forget to take a look at the Morello Red and Jet Black interior with the performance seats and carbon fiber trim. This is part of the Perform Collection package and might change the way you see Cadillac.
Join us as we look at the Real First Impressions of the 2013 Cadillac ATS AWD 2.0T , it is the top of the line model and we have some thoughts and hope you will share yours too by leaving a comment for other views and Mitsubishi themselves.

I know there are people who say this ATS looks boring and old fashioned... Personally, I think they must be smoking crack or something because I love futuristic looking cars and I love new technology, and this is one of my favorite cars under $50k. Those same people that think this car is ugly probably think the new Camry is the best looking car on the road lol. Some people I will never understand.

One thing I don't care for on the ATS is the black lower rear bumper section which hides the dual exhaust. The first thing I would do is paint that section body color unless the car was black of course. I had the same thing done to my old SVT Contour back in the early 2000's which was Silver Frost and it made the car look 10x better. Everybody complimented me on how much better it looked. One of my friends was like... I didn't even know your car had dual exhaust lol.
