When somebody sets out to ruin another person with lies upon lies, they deserve serious public vitriol. Yes the vitriol she's been receiving is fair. She practically destroyed Johnny. The jury was not some random group of social media bloggers. The jury was chosen by BOTH attorneys. If they were influenced by social media in any way it was because Elaine brought social media directly to the jury in the courtroom herself with her media expert and his chart showing that the hashtag Justice for Johnny was trending so high that he had to create another page just to encompass the entire graph as support for JD was literally off the charts. As for JD's witnesses being paid, I highly doubt the CEO of WB was paid by JD nor was Richard Marks or Kate Moss or more than half of the total of those who testified for JD on the stand (and obviously not the ACLU.) In contrast, the reality is that every single witness that testified on the stand for AH was paid strangers, every single one, and paid very well to testify on her behalf. I do not believe that the jury gave any weight whatsoever to AH's co-conspirators (Drew, Pennington, Whitney or her paid make up stylist who just happened to drop AH after the depo when she realized that AH couldn't afford her anymore.) It boils my blood that media hosts do not call AH's bluff about her fake evidence, her lack of credible evidence, the numerous lies she was caught in and that she committed perjury several times and bring up to her face her criminal record and how she was FOUND GUILTY OF MALICE based on her own behavior and remind her that she said she wants JD to leave her alone but it actually her who won't leave him alone and tell her to her face that she continues to commit defamation with every interview and comment she makes about JD and the case. She should be locked up. She belongs in jail. Oh, and Johnny is not a "character." He is a human being, a domestic abuse survivor.

My opinion - She'll never understand that her own testimony along with Elaine's style of questioning is what triggered social media.
