Don't think grinding on a battery pack is the best idea though😅😅

facts maybe putting a plat with a vertical bar to act as a pillar between the grind plate and the battery itself to cushion the blow of impact to still be able to grind

Honestly surprised how well they held up, but there's no way those batteries wouldn't rupture eventually. Can't runaway from a thermal runaway strapped to your feet ahaha

This is a cool video, Ricardo! I've thought that when electric skates become more advanced there are can be more reliable models for more aggresive style of skating - not necessarily for skatepark, but just that can withstand some jumps and tricks :)

It’s both funny but also proves beyond a doubt that it’s not about the gear… it’s about the rider 👍🏻 I am not saying good skates don’t help make a good skater better… but a good skater can still skate crap and make it work.

Really, I didn't know you could be this crazy. Looks like I need to upgrade you to a battery box with a grinder. Also, we have nylon straps coming out soon, which will be a great solution to the silicone straps grinding off.

BTW Ricardo, I put thundrblade on Takeshi Yasutoko feet and he went on the half pipe with it. Never released the footage though. The skates were just not powerful enough to make a difference for an elite athlete. and you guys are so good. man I would have broken my ankle a dozen times trying to grind with those.

Such an awesome vid -- I'm still blown away that we're this 🤏 close to Air Treks! Edit: they just need some hardware improvements (like the straps) and better art designs imo.

idk these ones are pretty sleek and ergonomic compared to the other ones ive seen people make i love the design its sleek fis over the shoe easy a more traditonal setup would be nice yess but the fact that he was able to compact the tech down to that size and balance it out well enough to be able to withstand the impacts of grinds is sensational
