These skates seem like they'd be good for in-between people like me, who find soft boots too soft and non-supportive, and hard boots far too painful.

This is an instant buy for me when my fr deluxe intuition skates it’s liner becomes worn out. Always loved the comfort of K2 but the soft boot was tiresome for me when skating 20+ km. This would be perfect although the rocker would limit my stability.

I'm forty-wan yeers old. And introducing my skating to aggressive. The time invested in providing this thorough walkthrough helps me tremendously. It is bookmarked and will be used for a good while. Many many thanks to you guys Ricardo and Bobi. This was a great service to many i am sure.

May I know the background music? It's hard for me to find so many good songs for rollerblading. It's all about live and learn. People get different opinions from the incident. I will show this video to my kids, and they will get a lesson, too. Thanks for sharing your experience. You are a very good teacher.

You are irresponsible and were acting dangerously. You should not have been skating there you put others and yourselves in danger. You are 100% in the wrong here.
@CrazyjapКүн бұрын
Where should downhill skaters practice? Crashes can happen in any sport, so labeling us as irresponsible is simply your opinion and shows a lack of understanding of the sport. No one wants to crash.

Hi Ricordo, vielen Dank für deine tollen Videos. Sie erleichtern mir den Wiedereinstieg nach 20 Jahren Abstinenz in den Skateszene. VG aus Deutschland. Hi Ricordo, thank you for your great videos. They make it easier for me to get back into the skate scene after 20 years of abstinence. Greetings from Germany.

Very intresting. First thing: Ricardo, stop using this helmet and go for a full one like the white on this video. I'm serious be extra-carefull. I'v been practicing since child SKI then Rollerskate downhill with the crazyest parisian riders you could find around 2000. We would catch cars to go to the suburbs downhills, we even all went together to Lausanne twice. I'd love to transmit my memories like Spoke does in Star-Trek.... almost died several times. Near death is easy to achieve, now talking to the viewers : If you want to start going extra fast with rollers, practice on smooth downhills how to BREAK and control your speed. Use protections and slim clothes. GLOVES, KNEE PADS, and a motorbike JACKET. TWO JEANS one over the other. Tighten your rollers at the maximum you can, to avoid WOBBLE. at a certain speed your feet can start to make SINUSOIDS trajectories which are almost uncontrolable, depending on your frames size and number of wheels.. In those cases stand up, open the arms and slow down while you keep your legs muscles at maximum contraction. I like you very much Ricardo, TAKE CARE. ttyl in Sines !

Glad everyone is safe too. But how irresponsible! As your colleague says in the video: you should have arrived much earlier. And therefore put off the downhill for another day. I suppose it might not have been possible for everyone; but sometimes you have to make the right decision for everyone's safety.

OK. I just got my first set of aggressive frames. I was upset with myself because I ordered the Kizer IV without realizing the Kizer V is available. I'm still awaiting my wheels. This video makes me feel better about the frames I got. I've been skating Razors Cosmos and just got some new Powerslide liners in them. The hills here in the Midwest are terrifying. Hopefully the smaller wheels will help with that and encourage me to skate the parks more and the streets less. I think I'll get some SUV frames, too. Falling on grass seems favorable.

Love your videos, but man, if the car had to swerve off the road off a hilly narrow road, it could’ve killed both the lady and the man in the car. There were so many cars on the road and watching this puts all the fans who try to do the same in danger. At least with a bicycle, they are more visible and usually grouped together VS a few human bodies hunched over on a board or on skates, all moving at different speeds. No glorifying any of this.

Ricardo, I've been watching your channel since early this year. I was an inliner and boarder, as we called ourselves, from back in the early 90s. I don't often comment. I feel the guys that were there when this incident happened are probably watching your channel. To everyone that was there, I'm sincerely grateful and happy all of you made it through that situation with very minor injuries. I never tried downhill because of the dangers. You guys are great. Keep rolling. Sending good vibes and positive energy to you all. Cheers.
