My favourite npc clip is the guy who beefs the security. He plays all nice (calm npc music) before randomly hitting the guard and getting aggro (aggro npc music plays) before he randomly calms down again (calm npc music). This happens about 4 times in the video and it's hilarious!

Dont know if this has been mentioned but that woman talking random stuff on the train is im pretty sure a birth disorder. I used to take the bus for work and there was always this guy that would perfectly say the lines of an episode of thomas the tank engine every day without a single hickup.
