I am a neet aspirant and I m 19 year old...I scored 250/720 in my first attempt because I dont have books...428/720 in second attempt without coaching but still society tells me that ki nhi hoga tumse and rhne do tum...mere mummy papa bhi bolte h ab ki kisi kaabil nhi tum...pr district magistrate of siwan believes in me wo kehte h ki beta haar nhi maante dil chota nhi krte maine bhi upsc third attempt me nikali thi...sab saath chor dete hai pr khud pr bhrosa hona chahiye...isliye wo mere fav dm uncle hain and aap bhi mere motivator ho sir...bhale mai fail kr gyi college lene me pr haar nhi maanugi I promise. TO BE HONEST, I wanted the perks, the opportunity to travel, and experience of working around the most prestigious people of every nation but I never really wanted such big responsibilities, the pressure they have to live in, it all looks amazing from the outside but it is a constant job of representing India in other nations... It gets tiring to even be present among my friends, I am not outgoing, I would rather stay home... I realized that this profession is really different from my lifestyle... hence I stepped down from aiming towards it... thank you for this informative video.

Sir, in your one of video heading "Diet and Nutrition" have discussed about breakfast meal and in that you have divided morning breakfast into 2 parts (major and minor). Now, my question is when we have to do yoga i.e. after taking major breakfast or in between minor and major. 2. Sir, whether is it right to take milk anytime like in evening with protein supplement? This question arises because one of my physical education teacher at school level had said that milk should be taken only at night because at that time the body easily digest it. Similarly he said that curd should be taken only afternoon, he even gave time range....i.e. 1-3 PM 😀. (Although it sounds funny but I respect him because he was very fit at that time and because of him I continuously enjoyed yoga for 6 years but after class 10th -10 CGPA everything destroyed😀). 3. Finally, sir I request you to provide your weekly diet plan (for afternoon, evening, night) because its time to recover again.
