In this video I go over how I create my weight management program in my Google Calendar. I go over how I set deadlines for myself and how I plan to stick to them. Furthermore, I talk a little bit about some of the road blocks I can see myself facing in the future.
For those younger guys who are already getting ready for wrestling season, if you're planning on wrestling at a lighter weight I recommend you follow the same steps I am to an extent. Hold yourself accountable and manage your weight. Make sure you are eating enough to naturally grow and be healthy; however, don't give your coach a heart attack when you're 8 weight classes heavier than last year.
