Karry B, is right in this context. Neuter was just the scape goat here that brought Madrid back into the game. Understand what the coach did, gambled, which every other coach do. He felt he needs not to leave the attack open and he doesn't want to put too much pressure on the defence as well. Chelsea always suffered from this when Tuchel removed Timo Werner from games. That pace he has is a threat at any point in the game and Tuchel needs to understand that no matter the time of the match a player with pace gives the opponents fear to come all out. In my opinion Sane and Musiala could have been left on the pitch.
