I really liked when she said the woman can protect by informing you to not go here or not answering that phone. The idea of the woman being lesser than the man came from the Abrahamic religions. Everybody rags on Islam but the Bible literally says the woman should be silent and the woman caused original sin. For anyone who is misled by that statemement, please understand that it is self-love that attracts the love you deserve, which in turn will be defined by the trust built and consistency of all parties but it begins and ends with love. People are so quick to say love is not enough but try getting everything else you need and omit love. Then, see how you feel. This is how you think everything is right with people because of how they show up on the outside, having whatever or however much material shit, but they be empty asf and shallow on the inside because someone told them "LOVE wasn't enough". So, many never learn what it truly is & why it's all we need. It leads to everything else, if it is the foundation but without it nothing matters.

I love the ideas on relationships. I think today we come together in need, instead of being a whole as an individual. Marriages should be created in truth and commitment versus fantasy shown in movies. Setting a stronger foundation together. So when it came to, building an altar I would stop right there. But after listening to the whole video I want to go deeper. I know in the word they built an altar for Christ.

Queen Afua is such a divine light. She’s someone who exudes elegance and simplicity of spirit. I loved that her son joined her and how attentive and full of love she looked with everything he had to say. I also loved her concept of home, both in making the vessels of our bodies homes and also making our physical spaces healing grounds for ourselves and the members of our family. I’ll definitely take that with me as I look to tap into my spiritual journey this year. I have her book Sacred Woman and I’m excited for the teachings inside!

I liked the information about the husband hugging his wife when she was crying and while they were healing the child that he was carrying was healing. I also liked the concept that food is medicine and the concept of cleaning up the home.

I am now gonna stop trying to change my family through the thought of what I think they should be. I will do the work on me ( the woman) and turn my house into the healing place I've been provoked to do all my life but did not know where to start. My husband is very Strong and I did not know how to reach him untill I started watching you. I also have 5 boys that I want to nourish!!! My community always come to me to heal them!!! The most high has been showing me I am the healer!! I did not know how real this was. My husband kept saying" you need to focus on your house" !!! I'm woke now!!! Thank you so much! I'm so ashamed it took me so long to learn!!! Pray I will be able to succeed in my journey as I do yours!!!
