My 5 year old son was just diagnosed with AuDHD level 2 in Feb. We have been working with therapists and his healthcare team to help with the explosive and aggressive behavior. My favorite thing to have him do is go out to the yard and run tree to tree 10 times. He loves it, gets energy out, and it helps my mental health. During the winter I have him take a scoter up and down the hallway.

My son sounds similar to yours! What really helps him is setting reminders/Routines on the Alexa dot. We have it remind us to do our morning responsibilities, school times, and even meals. He even sometimes tries to get those things complete before it even goes off. Really enjoy the feature

I must have said "Me too!" like 15 times while watching this! 🤣 I'm going to be using Homeschool Planet next year! I have a video coming out soon on it! I'm really excited to share about it. We have had to limit audiobooks to after school for the same reason. Both of my sons have DX of ADHD, which is definitely a contributing factor. I really relate to this as my children are highly challenging.
