Of course being that it is the month of December, it is even busier with all the last minute Christmas shopping there is to be done. Divisoria in Manila Philippines is definitely a place to check out if you are visiting the Philippines for the first time, there is non-stop action everywhere. Surprised you managed to make it around Divisoria without getting robbed. I have heard so many stories of foreigners been surrounded by guys and someone pulls a knife and says give me the money. My ex would not let me go here and in some places in Mindanao. I totally agree Filipino people are wonderful, but this is one place where crime is rampant.
