I regularly buy like, 5-10 cases to have around the house. Not all just for me of course. Beer and liquor are expensive as fuck where I live, so if there's a sale (maybe only $5-10 off a case) or if someone can go to the duty free store at the border (where it's like 1/3 to 1/4 the price) I've gotta take advantage of that. In my part of Canada a big bottle (about 1.5L, I think you guys call it a handle in the US?) is over $90, and a two-four of even cheap shitty domestic beer in the small 12oz cans is $75. Long story short, 60 beers is by no means a lot. Maybe it's super pricey wherever is too and he had to stock up lol.

As far as I'm aware it will be his first offence if convicted, he's been arrested before but never actually charged let alone convicted so that alone says it's unlikely the judge will throw the book at him. Also the victim suffered no real injury because Raxx is so weak he couldn't win a fist fight with a bat. Hell the protester was holding onto the bat with 1 hand and Raxx couldn't pull it away with both his hands. Also he's obviously and blatantly slow in the head and while his claims of self defence are evidently BS the judge will probably believe that Raxx genuinely thinks he was acting in self defence. I can almost guarantee it will end up with some kind of slap on the wrist non custodial sentence plus a small fine, it won't even be a large fine because he has no income.
