Loved this vlog! I am in a similar boat trying to navigate caring for myself with 2. I have a 5yo that doesn’t nap and a 12 mo that is taking 2 naps/day (for now). I also work full time outside of the house so the only time I have to work out is super early in the morning or like 8:30pm…and I am wiped by then 🤣. Maybe when the baby is older it will be easier?? But we try to walk when we can and I just try to do what I can when I have the energy for it-even if it’s 10 minutes. Love your cute family!

The 10 minutes a day makes a huge difference! You’re doing great. Consistency for me was easier once my toddler was a little older.

Wow Theo is such a good talker! Where did the time go?! I feel like you just had him 🥲 18:00 thank you for sharing this ❤️ I have 2 under 2 and I've struggled so hard prioritizing me. I feel like I'm on this roller coaster of doing well being positive and then I burn out and plummet. Idk it's nice hearing I'm not alone or failing when everyone is thriving in motherhood. Social media can make you feel like you aren't handling life well

I’m honestly so curious about how you navigated baby sleep with both your kids especially since they were so different. Mine is a couple months younger than Theo and we wake up once a night.. sometimes two. She hasn’t been a great sleeper until recent. So I’m curious what your adventure has been. Like did you nurse to sleep? Sleep train? When did your first start to sleep through the night/sleep without feeds? When were they able to fall asleep on their own? Bedtime routines… All that jazz. Did you do anything different between the two that helped Theo be such a good sleeper in comparison? So glad to watch your vlogs ❤️

I have always just gone with intuition! Bell had airway issues and slept terribly the first two years. So we coslept. I also always rock them and nurse them to sleep and never hold back on snuggles! I haven’t done any sleep training tho I am not against it, it just hasn’t felt necessary yet. Both boys woke frequently the first year…Theo is starting to get longer stretches the less nursing we do.❤ I find that time heals all! Bell sleeps through every night since we dropped his nap and since he was 2 years old. Theo is a little over 1 and hopefully we will get to some good sleep soon!
