Yes! Starbucks is sometimes hit or miss depending on how good a barista you get and the location. Sometimes it seems when the quality or the drinks just don't hit like usual, staff has changed. I started making my own iced Chai and put it in a Starbucks cup! lol I still get the feeling of I been to SB put I made it myself so it is always just how I like it!

Love your videos!! I'm also realtor and I've been trying to get into cold calling fsbo. How do you start your conversations when making your calls? Also interested to know what other forms of lead gen do you do? ❤

Hi! I’m a new realtor & wondering do you find it as effective to make your calls later such as 10am as opposed to coaches stressing 8am? I’m taking my kids to school at 8am so that’s not realistic.

No that’s to early people don’t want to answer their phone I do them 10-12 or 4-6pm those are the best time for me! 😊

Keep it simple and on your time just make sure you do it as much as possible even if it’s one hour!
