Welcome to my latest video where I share with you my personal story about why I left Keller Williams Realty. In this video, I'll be sharing my experiences, insights, and the factors that ultimately led to my decision to move on from Keller Williams Realty.
As a real estate professional, I understand the importance of finding the right brokerage to align with your goals and values. Keller Williams Realty is a highly respected brokerage known for its innovative technology, training programs, and culture of excellence. However, despite these benefits, I realized that Keller Williams Realty was no longer the right fit for me and my business.
Throughout this video, I'll be sharing the challenges I faced, the lessons I learned, and the reasons behind my decision. I hope that my experiences can provide valuable insights for other real estate professionals who may be considering a move or reevaluating their current brokerage.

So I just passed my California State Real Estate exam, I’m researching Keller Williams, which looks like a great place to start, learn and grow. See where it takes me in the first year or two. How is Exp regarding their training? I like and agree with your goals.. but I want to make sure I’m getting top notch training so I can implement what I learn to truly be successful. I don’t want to be thrown to the wolves or feel like I’m leaving a training with more questions than answers

There is almost 80 hours of training weekly that’s provided by the top agents in the industry. Not the non producing agent in the office that teaches ignite. Feel free to schedule a free call with me and I can help you with some direction. Have a great week.

Highly appreciate this insight brother Will! I literally just enrolled into KW's pre-licensing courses yesterday & just coming across this video... Does EXP have a similar model where they're welcome to bringing on aspiring agents & funding their pre-licensing courses & guiding them to acquiring their Real Estate License? I'm in California & would definitely be interested in learning more about EXP... I feel like right now, I really just need to get the schooling & training, in which I do not have any experience in Real Estate yet. & the fact that KW is offering all of that at no cost is kind of a no brainer for me to make that commitment with them for now. Would love to know your thoughts brother, thanks again for your insight & sharing your experience! Easy, you first find a team you like and if they are hiring you can interview or ask to join. What city are you in?

The money reside part took me out🤣 but I’ve been doing so much research before I finish getting my license I have sales experience so I know the trouble as an African American sales person I was going to sign with KW but this guy and chastin miles convinced me I can’t wait to get licensed

Hey Will, I'm thinking about joining EXP! I'm a new agent in Illinois and have no clue what to do or questions to ask and don't want to connect with the wrong brokerage. I'm looking for top-notch hands-on training so that can help me be truly successful. Does EXP provide you with support for creating your documents and other housekeeping aspects of the business? Or do you have a whole separate apparatus (Hardware and software) of your own for practical aspects of completing sales? Do you work from a home office, or have a desk in their office, or both? I've heard Keller Williams charges a large Desk Fee, and advertising contribution, does EXP have comparable Desk Fee and advertising contribution, or are they lower?

Hi Angela, as a new agent you get a mentor that will help you through your first few transactions. I work out of an office and the tech and training fee for exp is $85 monthly. Please let me know if you have any other questions.

No real process here in Cali. You just switch your license and that’s it. I had an office, so They asked me to leave quietly and move out over the weekend. That was it.

Hi Shirley, they are great. I started there as well. it’s more about the people though. Make sure they programs that support your level of commitment and they can support your growth. Hope that helped.

Kw is great and it depends what office you are in. I’ve heard people not like exp. But it depends on the office. I am at Worth Clark-Full commission Ownership, KVCORE is awesome (CRM).

Why did all those agents who left KW to join EXP are now leaving EXP en mass? You can't run away from yourself. You gotta put in the work at brokerage you run to.
