I dipped my $1000 prop money in water with soap and then I let it air dry and that made it feel heavier and not so crisp. The sound of it also changed. It sounds more like money than paper now.

@@BlackNBlue10_4 I almost never carry real cash. I use the prop money to give me the visual of what is in my various bank accounts- plus it's fun. I use 1 credit card that I pay off each time I do my weekly check-ins. I budget out how much I have and track how much I can spend.

I’ve been waiting for this! My husband insists that I use prop money as much as possible. If it was his choice I would only stuff my wallet with real money. And he’s always moving my binders and having me in a panic!

What started me thinking about the prop money was I had a scare someone stole my binders and I freaked out!!!!!!!!! I lost 5 dollars at the casino once and my heart broke hahahahh. I can’t afford to lose money and be ok hahahhaha

I’m scared so this is hopefully the solution I grow to love hahaha. I do love watching videos with prop money as well. If it sounds nice and looks fun, I’m in!!!!!

I use the money with the red characters on it. I dont have anything to mix it up with, but I like how they looked. I always run out of denominations. Bill swapping and I turn my 1000s into 100s with stickers.

@@BlackNBlue10_4 I take my 100s out and replace with my 1000 placeholder. I use all the denominations though. So I swap out to condense whatever amount I have to make it smaller AND to give myself more prop money to use to stuff again.

Wow that looks so real! I reckon you should stuff your real money, change it to fake money and then once you reach 1k, change it to a 1k slip (thinner and not laminated slips). That way you don't have to keep buying more $100 bills🙂

I’m here for prop money for the large bills (100 & 1000) but I’d definitely do something like stickers etc to make sure I don’t one day in a rush go shop and end up looking crazy because I like to have some real cash to hand for just in case. I'm starting this and I'm going to use ALL fake money cause I'm not trying to get robtina-ed. So I'll make one big transfer to savings for all the sinking funds to my respective savings then pay my bills with the left over money. It's just important for me to visualize how much I have. I'm really excited to start!!

To make it more apparent that it's prop money, I drew a line through the faces with a black sharpie. That really helped give me peace of mind that I wouldn't confuse it 😅

@@BlackNBlue10_4 I bought a stack ( I think theyre linked in all my descriptions ) and I started off laminating them. I dont like how they feel laminated and they dont fit into my envelopes. Youre right though, it's ultimately much safer and let the interest build up- even if it's just a few dollars a year... we know how it all counts.

I never used all prop money. I only ever used the 100 and 1000 bills at the time of my bill exchange prop swap videos. I still use them. Just not these exact 100’s anymore. Cooler ones that don’t look so real lol

All of these different ads for prop money vary quite a bit, some good, some very poor. You can actually go to a reputable printer and they will make these for you , excellent quality too. Of course they will be perfectly legal, and 12 cents a note.

Hello my lovely I really loved your video! The same way you said, why would anyone not use prop money, I was kinda saying it about using prop money haha. But your video was still convincing nonetheless. I personally would not use prop money only because of the quality of the paper, these bills did seem less stiff than some other ones I have seen, but just in my opinion I would not be able to deal with even the slightest of difference of the quality, Ofc, I do appreciate your insight, loved the video :))

I love this!!!!!!!!! I looove your opinion. I had a scare with my binders. I thought someone stole them and I literally felt my heart skip a beat hahahahaha. The feeling I had, I knew if I ever really lost my binders, I couldn’t take it. I actually do really well seeing the number grow electronically so it should work for me. But comparing to real money. Noway. Stay with real money because this isn’t the same. Luckily I will still have my moment to play with real money when I stuff each paycheck. Thank you so much for watching!!!!!!!!!
