This video has nothing that can change your surroundings. The day your parents will see that you are result oriented in whatever you are doing, your performance is getting better, they will stop saying anything to you. If you force them for scalar school, please don't do that. the fees is too high.

I have taken tens of coding and testing interviews for my company and the harsh reality is that apart from IITs, IIITs and NITs, its really difficult to find people with good coding skills. People need to realize that just a degree will not help.

@@worldoftechies No bias is still there at least in India, just check the vacancies listed in India, most of the good ones are asking for IIT, IIM graduates, someone who has not graduated from these colleges are not even considered for applying for the post although he might be good.

DR. APJ Abdul Kalam Sir said it earlier only that from class 8th reduce the 20% of syllabus and add skill as an another subject, after +2 when a student will leave the school he/she will have two certificates - 1. Class 12th, 2. Skill Certificate. Then only the students will be skilled and experienced in that field and the unemployment rate will start decreasing gradually.

either you have to be academically genius or have a top 5 monetizable skill to escape the rat race. the first one is a no brainer so everybody runs after that. The latter is not known widely in india and can be achieved easily if you put in the work in the right direction. edit: learn sales, its the best skill to have and helps in all aspects in life

@@Gentleman_108 I can't rate the skills in order or choose only 5 of them but these are great skills to master: 1. Copywriting 2. Video editing or any other graphic designing skill which is in demand 3. Email marketing 4. High ticket closing / learn how to sell 5. Social media management 6. Content creation (it's not only limited to youtube, youtube is only 10% of content viewed on the internet) 7. Learn leverage trading (crypto and stocks), its really risky but you can make 10% gains every month with the right risk management

@@manager9573 Learn about the basics from youtube, there is a lot of content available. After you get hold of the basics, start cold outreaching potential clients on twitter. Offer them an undeniable service and prove yourself with results. Once you get your first client, dont stop the cold outreach. If you are unable to manage the workload then recruit some irl friends to help you and pay them a % as well. It isnt that hard to make 1k a month from a single client. Grow your social proofs with testimonials and reviews on the side as well.

@@sonu1704 net qualified have guarenteed above 20k salary in any private college they apply for I think its better than that of your regular teacher who is earning less than 15k also you can give tuition to school students as you are a university lecturer so it may give you a salary boost of upto 30k per month I am saying this cuz my tuition teacher used to do that now she is pursuing phd from a govt college

@@sonu1704 well you are right But it depends on where you live like the place where i live is a semi urban city so if you're a teacher in your own city most of the living cost gets reduced like house rent travelling expense and many more Also if you are a good teacher by only tuition you can earn more than 20k per month I've seen most of the school teachers who earn 50-60k with just 15-18k as salary in school Also never stop growing thats why we are gen-z millenials do not have that many options and opportunities like we do now we just need to crack the code and see what market really demands nowadays

Well bro i got 84.6 in 10th and 73.6 in 12th. Took a drop for JEE and got health problems instead. Now going to a private college a overrated one in that too. But don't give up bro. I have only one goal in life, i will earn more that an average IIT student after my Btech. Sounds crazy but i will for sure. I agree. I'm in class 12 and i scored 85% in class 10. My family and i celebreated it for a week but after that nobody gave a damn. In class 11 nobody asked or cared about boards results. Both toppers and poor students were seen as the same. The truth is, nobody cares that much about marks after a while.

Same thing happened with me... I was a very bright student when I was in engineering... I got my degree with good marks (1st class distinction)... Lekin actual job lagne pe pata chala, Mera working performance bohot weak hai... Maie waha ke other employees ke saath compete nahi kar pa raha tha... It was a really stressful situation for me. Upar se seniors ka continuous pressure ki hame tumhare Kaam me improvement chahiye... We want good results and all that.... My work life was getting too much stressful for me... Then I realised, "Ye field mere liye hai hi nahi." After that, I was depressed for a very long time... Now I'm searching for other opportunities for work... What I learn: Hamare College ka Bookish knowledge and Companies ki Practical Requirement kafi alag hoti hai Unhe aisa insan chahiye jo field pe kaam kar sake, Given Task complete kar paye, Properly Instructions ko follow karte huye Work complete kar paye, Practical knowledge and Communication skills better ho, Problem solving skills acchi ho, Confident and Leadership ki Qualities honi chahiye... Fast Learning skills and New work situation ko adapt karne ki capability ho Advice: Theoretical knowledge ke saath saath Practical knowledge ke liye jitni ho sake utni Internships and Industrial work Experience lo... I faced this same issue when i was growing up doing engineering in India. I wanted to get into Motorsports and build race cars and there was no one to guide and till now its the same. I started United Motorsports Academy which now teaches Indian students how to get into motorsports by teaching them on real life projects with Industry skills. India has so much talent but still as an Academy for engineering i face so many challenges because the system doesn’t want to change.

scaler is certification course, not degree. Don't fall in the trap. Certification helps you to gain knowledge that degree does not, but to get interview call you need degree.
