Really Delicious Bacon Cheese Potato Boat!! Even Beginners Never Fails!!

This is a potato dish that is easy to hold with hand and eat one by one. Depending on your preference, you can enjoy it like a potato pizza by adding tomato sauce before sprinkling the cheese.
Ingredient
1. Potatoes
2. Mozzarella
3. Bacon
4. Spring onion
5. Butter, salt, pepper, milk, parmesan cheese, garlic, parsley, red pepper powder.
* You can enjoy it more deliciously by adding pre-cooked bacon, onions, canned sweet corn, etc in the mashed potatoes according to your preference.

I'm always amazed at how good your bacon looks compared to the fatty stuff we are sold here (in Canada). This looks so good! I def must remember to try it out; looks even yummier than the potato skins made here. Reminds me of devilled eggs only with potatoes.

Ive been making a variation of these my whole life, they are so delicious. My variation is no chilli or garlic, cheese goes into the mash, score the mash and grill till crispy and brown. Yummy!
