I've just come back from the gym, I'm 65 now ! NACKERED ! but I go 7 days a week ! it keeps me busy ! I worked on the buildings most of my Life and just doing nothing is very hard ! Thanks for your videos it reminds me of home in the north of England ! GOD bless you all amen and amen .

Hi Sammy…didn’t Darren swap places with his best mate in the car….just before it happened ? Darren’s a good lad…he’s a positive person and although his message CALNAK isnt known everywhere …the individual stays positive and focused….the only negative thing I’d say about Daz is that I believe he’s institutionalised and is happy in his box room nipping out to the gym and back before roll call 🤷🏼‍♂️

I knew a guy called Ray (aka Carlin) who went after a couple of lads in borstal. One guy known as Richards was pool balled and the main guy known as Pongo got a hiding in the toilets. He became the "Daddy" instantly.

Yea Sam I loved the gym there sometimes got 3 times a week. I promised the gym staff I crack highest score in bleep test l was realise b4 it happened. 1st day I got there from k Wing to B some guy got face slashed all way down face also a snooker ball in sock incident To. Been brought up in care system for me was kind of use to it. 1st day on there. nothing happened since serous as that ss that as B wing was tge good wing atcthe time ror remand.

Salford crew. I used to go Wigan pier night club almost every weekend for 15yrs Now and again a bunch of Salford crew would be upstairs. Easily recognised cause they would all always have the same or very similar thin cotton striped jumpers on. Dark colours. French connection or Ben sherman
