Tell to the political system who put laws and legislation in place. Also most prisons in countries like USA are private and make billions every year. No incentive for prevention or effective rehabbing. Tragic.

PC Redhead got your attention, right? LOL I watch shows like this so that I can laugh... the British accent is so different from the American accent. One of my favorite phrases y'all say is, "Get on with it." It is interesting how regional slang also can take outsiders aback and wonder, "What did they just say? What do they mean by that?" Y'all , meaning "you all," making sure that you understand the "you" is plural, and it is politically correct over "you guys". In Texas lots of folks will say "chunk that garbage." In this case, chunk is a verb, meaning " to throw."

@@Sam-qh1sh Oh, Sam, I suppose most native Texans cannot speak clearly...OR PERHAPS THEY HAVE AN ACCENT OR USE SLANG. I have lived in Texas for 45 years, but I am a transplant!!! I am very well educated, but there are LOTS of people and lots of accents, lots of slang... So, Sam, perhaps YOUR area did well on the Iowa Basic Skills Tests... I assure you that in the metropolitan area into which I was plopped as a child, many of those folks are the ones who say "worsh" for the word "wash", and "ax" for the word "ask". As I said, I find it INTERESTING.

@@scarlett_118I have LOTS of memories of open fields that are now 8 and 10 lane highways 🛣. And... I remember my English classes: "your" and "you're" are not interchangeable, and they mean different things. Similarly, "there", "their", and "they're" may sound the same, but they each mean different things.... "Farther" and "further" do not mean the same. ... You are welcome for your free English lesson. LOL

I do really like this show but I get frustrated by the "slap-on-wrist" attitude by British law. Driving bans don't stop them, community resolution orders don't prevent domestic violence, I have a lot of respect for the officers doing their work, but the British justice system is fatally flawed.

28:11 And these punishments are why I didnt go ahead joining the police force after passing the test, all that work, man hours, paperwork and all they get is a slap on the wrist. Those kids parents shouldve been fined, or make kids do community work, if they can be arrested then they can pay for their crimes. The dog shouldve been allowed to drag that thief all the way back to the station. Criminals in this country have the law on THEIR side not the victims, that car thief getting 9 months is a joke, prison is a holiday home, when he is out in 4 months he will do it again. Prisons need to get back to how they were, or make them do hard labour while in there and treat them like a military training camp, they need to be scared to go in not show off about it, America has the right idea of having them work, they make nearly all of US military helmets and make number plates, make the criminals put back into society.

If I could be in charge of entire planet, I'd literally make it crime free. How? It's quite simple, if you get caught stealing / robbing / mugging / raping / assaulting (or any similar type of crime) and it's undeniable evidence, such as police footage, then depending on how serious the crime is, your finger or fingers will be cut off and not in hospital, but right there on the street and then you're left to deal with it yourself with no help from paramedics. If you get caught stealing again, then your entire arm will be cut off and 3rd time you'll be decapitated in public place and left there on display for others to see what happens if you don't get the message. I'd like to see anyone try and steal ever again if such punishments are being carried out world wide. PROBLEM with crime, is that punishments are not even punishments. If I go and steal cars for whole year long, I know that even if i get caught, i'd only get maybe like 1 year max and if it's first time, most likely i'd get some community service and slap on the wrist .. while in that year I could literally steal like 500k - 1 million worth of luxury cars. In fact if i would have an actual choice to go to jail for 1-2 years and come out with 500k - 1 million gbp, i'd happily do it. and this is why criminals don't give a flying F about anything. they say crime doesn't pay ... but it really DOES PAY. also kids are basically immune to crime, they say kids don't know what they are doing .. but they DO KNOW what they are doing, they are LAUGHING at law and taking advantage of them being underage, they know that they won't be punished if they get caught, so they keep doing it. regardless of age, your fingers should get chopped off if you do something like stealing, mugging, failing to stop, hit and run ...etc NO EXCEPTIONS! that's only way to deal with such apes. I have no sympathy or compassion for such scum, I don't know why they are treated with respect and understanding. Only thing i understand is if homeless person steals food, that i'd understand up to a point. like the fool who jumped off the highway and injured himself, why help him? why ambulance? leave him there to suffer or throw him at back of the police van with no seatbelt on and drive him back to station, no ambulance, no medical help. if he dies, then he dies ... then we have one less ape on streets.

I saw in a previous episode that this heli was used to chase a bicycle thief. The heli itself costs 1 million pound, but flying around with them for one hour is also VERY expensive. Isn't it a bit farfetched to use them for minor thefts like bicycles, while at the same time, large drug smugglers are making millions too and are also flying with their own heli sometimes. Nothing against "sending a signal" and all that, but I'm not convinced the Met is always concentrating on priorities with the limited resources.
