RealTime Racing Tests the New Acura NSX GT3 on Forgeline GE1R Wheels at Mid-Ohio

Күн бұрынIt’s not everyday that you get to be an integral part of the development of one of the most exciting new racing platforms of modern history. So it was with great excitement and pride that we witnessed the first public test of RealTime Racing's brand new Acura NSX GT3, during the July 2016 Pirelli World Challenge Championship weekend, at Mid-Ohio Sports Car Course! Our one piece forged monoblock Forgeline GE1R wheel was designed specifically for top-level racing applications. So it not only looks great, on the new NSX GT3, but it also has the engineering backbone to match!

Production version NSX should look like this GT3 version. GT3 has much wider front and rear fenders and with longer rear number with better shape for aerodynamics. Why isn't production designed to look this way? Production one is very plain comparing to this.

Is there an exact size for these wheels?

This RealTime Acura NSX GT3 is on 18x12 and 18x13. But we can make the GE1R in 18-21 inch diameters with custom offsets in a range of widths from 8.5 to 13. But the GE1R (racing version) is only available to racing teams who are buying multiple quantities. However, we also offer the GE1 (ie: street version) in Porsche centerlock fitments in 18-21 too, and these are available to normal street customers one set at a time (no minimum volume requirement).

Forgeline Motorsports Excellent, thanks for the info. Do you know if a 9.5-10 inch 18" would come in a similar face profile as these? Or are they noticeably flatter?

@themayseffect in the GE1 Porsche centerlock fitment, the 18x9 is a shallow concave fitment.
