Ma frens, it's time to give this Tamiya T-55 in 1/48th scale a proper lived-in look. And by proper, I mean debris from the urban environments these tanks operate in, which goes hand in hand with dust and sand.
Fun fact of this build: painting and weathering the tracks and wheels glued together is a galaxy brain move, it's very fast and fun!
Next? Chateau de Bordeaux.

Enjoying this type of content? Well, if you're new here, then don't be shy to subscribe and maybe even turn on notifications because I keep posting stuff like this every week!
Disclaimer: Most of the weathering products I use in my videos such as Ammo by Mig Jimenez, AK-Interactive, Wilder and VMS were sent to me for free, but with no obligations to promote them. I received a lot of them a long time ago, even before I started this channel. VMS is also one of my Patreon supporters. Being independent from big and exclusive sponsorship deals and showing you a wide variety of different brands and products was one of the founding ideas of this channel and I will always stand by this.

Hey there Uncle! I've got an idea for you: Why not build a swiss Panzer 68? It's double profit as it's a tank you probably don't have and in the diorama you can put a few swiss mountain troops as they used till 2003 🚴‍♂️ BIKES. 😂

Martin is still humble and is worried we are all going to leave him like the 6 1/2 at the prom dance we took and got stuck with on the first slow song. Most of us are here for better or worse because the content is always worth the wait. Uncle Nighty is a staple of conversations in many, many, modeling groups all over the globe. Whether you agree with his style or not, he has certainly made an impact within the community. A very positive one in my opinion. We all will wait for the days where he is back on his two feet again!!

Very nice result. I, too; really enjoy oil paints. One reason is a little esoteric. I use real turpentine to thin. I like the way that makes them work and I enjoy the way it smells. Probably makes me a little offbeat, but; I have done it that way for years. See you next week.

Last time I broke something it took 4 weeks to heal instead of 6. My cast broke on week 4, we went to the hospital, they did an X-ray and then cut off the remainder of the cast that I couldn't cut off myself previously. Even though that was my hand, I still healed 30% faster than I should have. If I can do it, you can do it too! Keep on healing! Get better soon!
