She’ll be eligible for a parole hearing in approximately 9 years. That parole board will be looking for her to take full responsibility. I don’t think she will ever stop making excuses though. Plus the boys parent’s will attend, and there will still be public outrage. Let’s have hope she serves much longer.

Technically a body does fly straight up when hit by fast moving car. I know this because I witnessed this happen in front of my own eyes a couple of years ago. The body of the man hit by the car looked like a dummy, not a real body. It flew up high enough to see him and I was the fourth or fifth car behind the accident. He fell right down and the body actually bounced twice up from the ground. My friend and I could not believe what we just witnessed. It was the most horrible incident I ever witnessed to this day. This woman knows she hit something by the damage on her car and the airbag deploying. The boy toy had no car damage, nor did his airbag deploy. When Jesus spoke the words, “money is the root of all evil”, clearly he spoke much truth. Today’s society is an extreme view of this very thing. Her entitlement is horrid, as now the parents of three are the parents of one and nothing can bring them peace at this point! My heart aches for this family not only for their huge loss, but to be put through the lies of a person who has more money than moral conscience. Despicable and evil in every way! 😡

Regardless of how slick the defense lawyer's presentation/animation was, it's completely reasonable for the jury to discount that version of events. Both the prosecution and defense had expert witnesses, and some video, and other evidence. The jurors can figure out the truth.
