She hit the children racing her boyfriend leaving a bar when she was cheating on her husband. She hit both the boys at close to 80 miles an hour going through a residential area. The only reason the car stopped it was disabled by Mercedes/OnStar since the airbags went off and she was still driving away or she would’ve left the scene of the accident!!

No, the Correct statement would be: “A white millionaire female was drunk driving and hit and killed 2 innocent children at 70mph in a 40/45mph zone who were crossing the street in a designated marked crosswalk in a well-lit area and has Forever, traumatizing, the children’s family and community. She has also not bent attending court in person, because she has money and connections, but the mother of the two deceased children she killed, attends court, and has to testify and view horrific pictures of her children”

Yes, it was proved. Ms Grossman was speeding, was over the legal alcohol limit. Something I wonder, though, is, why were 2 children, age 8 yrs & 10 yrs, outside, in the street at that time of night.

America has a drinking problem. Too many alcohol related deaths due to drinking and driving. Citizens, it's up to us to make the number of deaths drop. With Uber and Lyft available, there's NO excuse for driving while impaired.

Must be nice to be able to avoid justice for that long. Poor little angels. May they rest in peace. My question is why was the family walking at 7 pm? How could the mother not hear a car barreling down the road at 75 mph? Of course this was all the fault of the driver. She was drunk, the driver was behind the wheel when she should not be. Although I do believe that we as citizens must be cognizant of our surroundings. In general we must all start learning to be more aware because the second you get to comfortable is the second it might be ur last. I'm a survivor of a mass shooting. I can tell you, it's only because of how alert and aware I was that I'm alive. Stay safe out there, don't think it won't happen to you.

I live in the area, its kinda a blind turn before the crosswalk, of course going 80mph shortened reaction times, the mom tried to selflessly dive after them. The crosswalk is now a flashing lights crosswalk. Just a case of astounding recklessness, hence the double murder charges.

Maybe the family had been out for a meal? Does it really matter? 7pm is not that late! Maybe the parents didn't hear the vehicle because they were having some interaction with their kids or were distracted by conversation- who knows. It is a tragedy but they should not be blamed for what happened.

She did hear the car and tried getting them to slow then tried to grab all her kids but didn't in time. Best believe she feels guilt everyday even though it was the driver's fault.
