ABOUT…
I am Rebecca and I am one heck of a passionate vocal coach/singer/songwriter/impressionist/health/fitness/self- improvement/anything that makes me smile!! I love anything vocal/singing related and geek out on it every day. I want to motivate and inspire others to follow their dreams…corny? Well maybe but it’s true. So what’s motivating me?? I had a huge tumour removed summer 2017 and my ovaries and fallopian tubes. The tumour was the size of a 20 week baby!! However, despite not being able to walk for a couple of weeks, and feeling generally awful…. It has made me create and do what I love! It wasn’t an easy time but I won’t let fear dictate my life. I didn’t think ‘why me’, there are plenty of horrific issues people have to deal with…it’s not always smooth sailing. It’s true when you hear, ‘Life is short’, the crazy thing is, I am glad it happened…I appreciate life even more and practice gratitude everyday…It’s so easy to get caught up with the little things…and I do sometimes, but look at the bigger picture, will it matter in a year or two…?
Also thank you for all your support. It means a lot.
Subscribe to Rebecca Vocal Athlete to get inspired by new videos!
Have a great day!!

In my opinion Paul is the total package. Great singer and a very good guitarist who can totally control an audience. Anybody who’s seen KISS can attest to that. The Unplugged album is so very good and Paul is in his prime here. This version of KISS was also their best as far as musicianship goes. I love Bruce Kulick on lead guitar.

I saw Bruce and Eric in Melbourne,Australia. He was taking requests from the audience, He picked me, and I asked for the solo from FOREVER. He was playing electric, so he wasn't super keen.......but, man, that moment is etched my mind. He is a brilliant guitarist, and I'm pretty sure we'll never hear an electric version of that solo again. So, I take full credit.

His vocal talent landed him the role of the Phantom in the Toronto production of The Phantom of the Opera. From May 25th through August 1st 1999. As fan, I was truly impressed with his performance. I've have seen KISS in concert, 31 time's in my lifetime, and have heard him sing as well as other members of the band. Paul has another group that he sings with called Soul Station. Oh lord what an amazing passionate voice Paul brings forth in this song. I heard he had written it after a terrible break up and was going to be singing directly to her. I don’t know how true this rumor is but with the strength and passion behind the performance I tend to believe it and I want to cry every time I watch this because I feel his pain. He is definitely underrated when it comes to a lead man in the Rock Band category and IMO only Steve Perry was better when Paul Stanley was at his best because he could hit those notes with absolutely no problem. Your reaction was priceless and I truly enjoyed it ❤️ especially when you got caught up in it and said “We We” I totally understand and I lost it 😂❤️ I fell in love with Paul as a young girl the first time I saw him in 1976 and I still follow him on Twitter today. He’s an amazing human being and still on the road bringing joy to the Kiss army. ❤️

Kudos to whoever recommended this reaction. I though I was the only one who remembered music from Creatures of the night.

One of the most underrated voices in rock history. Paul takes alot of abuse singing now but back in his day no could touch him vocally. Look at "I want You" off of Alive II it is jaw dropping

Paul played the Phantom in the Phantom Of The Opera at Pantages theatre in Toronto. Had a six month contract that got extended to a year because it was so successful.

Nice choice of Band, Song and Singer to react to Rebecca. A longtime KISS fan here. Great live session from Paul Stanley.

In his prime, Paul Stanley was an amazing singer! You definitely should check out songs like A Million To One, Reason To Live, Who Wants To Be Lonely, King of the Mountain, and My Way.

You're so adorable. Great review. Paul Stanley is one of my all-time favorite lead singers, and if I had 1 choice to request for you to review, it would be this rendition of this song. So glad you enjoyed it. Cheers. DM

This song became my theme song when my wife of 15 years left me for another guy. I was crushed and this Unplugged classic, spoke the words I couldn’t express back then. Thanks Paul Stanley for that song and hitting it out of the ballpark! To this day, that song remains a staple on my playlist.

Just 5 minutes and you, beautiful and sensitive Rebecca, you totally nailed it ! The essence of Paul Stanley: "such a distinct tone; such a strong, in control (I wil add beautiful) kind of sexy voice... Charisma!..". Rock 'n' roll baby! Love from Italy!

This is my favorite vocal performance of all time. I've met Paul Stanley twice in my life and he is a very nice guy. I also just sent this video to the guitar player of KISS in this video Bruce Kulick, I think he will really enjoy this.

Paul Stanley is literally the definition of and putting everything you got into every performance.. unfortunately led to the demise of his vocal abilities in his older years.. but damn his vocals were and are legendary

Say what you want about him, but Paul Stanley was one of the all-time GREATEST singers & voices in Rock & Roll for about 40 years. Full of soul, instantly recognizable, and could FILL any arena and cut through massive sound with his voice.

This was unmasked KISS at the top of their game. Revenge was the return of Gene and the band was tight. The whole MTV performance was insane and the uncut version was just great with the extra takes etc. Sadly the music world had moved on and just kept looking at 80s KISS and the band at this time did not get the credit for how awesome they finally were. They chased the dollars and the rest is sadly history. COS was very good in its own right however it would have been interesting musically if they never reformed - to see where they would have gone. Attempts to recapture the 70s style fell so short with PC and beyond . KISS’s finest unmasked hour and Bruce’s magnificent display of his craft. So glad they did this.
