So we did a video on how to rebuild your legs, shoulders, and chest so whats next? If you said your back that's 100% correct. In this video I have with me my good friends David and Caroline. This is the perfect back workout for anyone that has had to take an extended time off from the gym. I know that a lot of you have had to do that if not all of you. Give this back workout a try and let me know how you liked it.

This is the way you get a 2M sub channel! A John and Caroline duo. You take the personality and sage advice of John, the way he tells you things and you instantly trust in him and believe him and combine that with the knock out beauty of Caroline as a fitness model / demostrator that provides her own comments about the exercise like she does on her own KZfaq page currently. Please make more videos!

John, thanks for demonstrating range stop point for the dumbell pullovers. I see so many peeps at the gym going too far with this exercise, essentially putting stress on the front delts. I also really like the angles you're using in this video to hit the entire lats. The lats are a long muscle group that often get short-changed by developing only the upper. Long developed lats are a thing of beauty.

For back building, unlock the shoulders. It's not nearly as effective on the back when you just use your arms to pull down, it's 90% isometric for the lats in the demonstration. For those lat pulls, think about it like reverse shrugs. Get the shoulders moving up to your ears then pull them down.

I know I’m late. I just discovered John. Had seen him in some jujimufu vids when covid popped off but someone recently told me about him. Although he has passed away in a physical sense, his spirit lives on. In my head he’s still alive. I was a marine and got absolutely obsessed with lifting. Once I got out of the military the passion for weight lifting was gone. John has lit my passion up once again. I look forward to trying things I watch him do and it gets me really excited to go to the gym. Sometimes the gym is the only place that I can go to and really feel a hundred times better when I leave. It’s like a therapy session. I usually don’t comment on the tube but I felt moved to. Thank God for John and may he Rest In Peace.
