There’s a setting when you set up the franchise to turn off dev trait regression and desired dev traits. You can also change it mid-franchise but it’s easier to find at the start. Most people only use the regression and capped dev traits when they intentionally want a long-term franchise with lower ratings.

Just a comment you should always use your three star scout on the national if you can because it boosts everything more! Love the rebuilds papa you’ve already gotten so much better at them

Weeks 3, 8, and 11 and Free Agency recap are the important ones for franchise. 3 lets you set divisional focusing and 8 allows national from your scouts. 11 allows you to pick 3 prospects to focus scout on and Recap the same thing. Hope this helps.

The QB rating discrepancy between Murray and Feldman in the wildcard was because of Feldman’s much higher yards per attempt (11.6 ypa vs 8.1 ypa). Murray may have thrown for more yards, but he did it on nearly double the amount of attempts (48 for Murray and 26 for Feldman)

As a Cardinals fan I'm hyped for the upcoming season. Presumably we're going to have a combination of Caleb Williams, Marvin Harrison Jr., Brock Bowers, and Jared Verse, that young core of two of those is going to be nasty for us the next 10 years.

instead of reaching you can trade down. The cpus overpay for your pick, you can still get the guy you were gonna get anyways, and you get future draft capital to play around with.

Do a “Shut it down, shut it all down” rebuild with the chiefs. You strip the team completely and by trading off every starter and rebuild using whatever picks and young assets you get in return. You cannot get any player over an 84 in return.
