Rebuilding a Wrecked 2006 CBR1000RR Wrecked Bike Rebuild (Part 4)

Күн бұрынThis is part 4 of another CBR rebuild series for the channel that involves me doing a full rebuild on my 2006 Honda CBR1000RR. Today I start off by Installing a new gas tanks followed by installing a new aluminum radiator. Then i get into getting all of the wiring for the tail light squared away, and finish up with securing all of the fairings.

I just love the way you build bikes and make them brand new.... I think you should have installed a black seat with orange diamond stitching on this CBR 1000 rr But you are doing great and keep doing more stuff like this.... Love from India ♥️

Standard Engine mounting bolts are different size on each . One is slightly longer than the other .

Nice job. Keep up the good videos. If you don’t mind me asking, where did you purchase the 2006 Repsol faring s? I need some. The OEM are a little pricey and am a little skeptical off Chinese one. What do you recommend?

I LOVE your videos man,, great content and btw the reason the tabs are different is bc the radiator you put on is not the right one lol i went through the same thing happened to me when i tried to put on a ebey radiator they sent me, i was patient and they sent me the right one after that also the hose looks like it fit weird in the video and the correct one should be longer. anyways enough chatering have a good day man :))

wrong about the front stay. the front stay should be tight first since that's where everything meets up besides the belly fairing.

You need to be a bit more accurate when describing your parts. Used parts aren’t NEW. You aren’t going to get a new radiator for $100.00. If it is new where are you getting NEW parts so cheap?
