It's been a while since we picked up this wrecked 2015 CBR 600RR from the salvage auction, but we are finally fixing her up! We strip it down, assess the damage and start the rebuild process!

Pair valve block off marble trick, must be a MooreMofia fan lol. You may as well toss it back in, it's for the fuel mapper/exhaust system

I’m surprised you have never seen the marble trick. It definitely works just as well as block offs. I’ve done it myself to tune bikes with an ecu flash. Just know by removing it, and having a full system, and having that pc module, the bike may not idle or run correctly.

Yeah this was the first time I've seen it done that way but by looking at the comments looks like a lot of you guys have seen it before! Depending on how she runs after I get her fired up I might throw it back in, since it has the power commander already and may have been tuned with the marble already in.

On tuned bikes with out marble you will get snap crackles pops on decel if you don't snap crackles and pops do block offs or marble

on Yamaha atvs its called AIS delete, minimizes pop on decel

The marble is to get rid of the pops and bangs from the exhaust when you let off the throttle. I've seen Christ from mooremafia do that.

I have marbles in the same place :D It's a PAIR valve for emissions, and the bikes run slightly better without them.

Hi, find someone to do a good weld on your swing arm, it will be like oem and much cheaper than a new/use one.

Marble is to block off SAI, did same thing on my Speed Triple with decat system to reduce the pops and bangs on deceleration.

I've seen Moore Mafia use the Marble Mod and it is in place of block off plates. kinda weird tho

I’ve seen it done many times. Done it myself as well. Some newer bikes don’t even have block off plates as an option. For instance, if you are tuning a bike that just recently came out, say a 2024, the marble method is almost all you have.

The little tear in the swingarm could be welded.. And it wasn’t necessary to take off the wheel stikkers .. they where nice

watching you de-farkle a bike is like chicken soup for my soul. You have to make a shirt/hoodie with some sort of catchphrase like "RK motorsports putting the rim tape and LED light strips where they belong" IDK you get the point though.
