@@robb2mus Thank you! These decisions are SO complex and SO unique to each community that I must refrain from making blanket statements about what other churches should and should not do. I can tell you what we are doing though--and that's always subject to change. The majority of the congregation who attends in-person worship is vaccinated, so we feel like resuming singing without masks is relatively safe. All of the choir members are vaccinated as well. I and the choir are very open to accommodating the social needs of anyone unvaccinated who would like to sing though. And choir building efforts are definitely on the horizon. (Perhaps that warrants another video.) We also feel strongly that we are serving those (vaccinated or not) who do not attend in-person worship. We produce an incredible online worship experience each week, which is a new and exciting ministry for us. As of now, we feel that we are pastoring the vaccinated and unvaccinated to the best of our abilities but will be reassessing on a regular basis. Not sure if this answer is what you were looking for but hope it helps!
